Terms and Conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the use of our cleaning services. By booking and/or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1.2 “Client,” “you,” and “your” refer to the individual or entity using our services. “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Atom Cleaners Ltd.
2.1 The services we provide include office cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, and other related cleaning services as agreed upon.
2.2 All services will be carried out in accordance with the details provided in your booking confirmation. Any additional services requested will be subject to additional charges.
2.3 We reserve the right to modify the scope of the services provided if necessary to comply with legal or safety requirements.
3.1 All bookings must be made in advance, either via our website, by phone, or through email.
3.2 A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or written confirmation from us.
3.3 Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service fee.
3.4 In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative date or refund any payments made.
4.1 Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.2 We accept payment by bank transfer, or any other payment method agreed upon at the time of booking.
4.3 If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England’s base rate until payment is made in full.
4.4 For regular cleaning services, we may offer payment on a monthly basis, invoiced at the end of each calendar month. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
5.1 We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services and ensure that our work meets industry standards.
5.2 If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service being provided. We will investigate the issue and, if appropriate, offer a re-clean at no additional cost.
5.3 Our satisfaction guarantee is limited to the original scope of the service provided. We are not responsible for issues arising from tasks not included in the initial booking.
6.1 We comply with all relevant health and safety legislation and ensure that our staff are trained to carry out their work safely.
6.2 The Client is responsible for providing a safe working environment for our staff, including access to the property and the provision of necessary utilities (e.g., water, electricity).
6.3 The Client must inform us of any hazards or specific health and safety risks at the premises before the service commences.
7.1 We are insured for public liability as required by UK law.
7.2 We will take all reasonable care in providing our services, but we are not liable for any damage to property or belongings unless such damage is caused by our negligence.
7.3 We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the Client’s failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
7.4 In the event of a claim, our liability is limited to the total value of the service provided.
8.1 We respect your privacy and will treat all information you provide to us as confidential.
8.2 We will not disclose your information to any third parties except where required by law or as necessary to provide the service.
8.3 Both parties agree to keep any sensitive or proprietary information obtained during the provision of services confidential.
9.1 We are committed to resolving any complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service being provided.
9.2 If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved through our complaints process, it may be referred to mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.
10.1 Either party may terminate the agreement for services by providing at least 14 days’ written notice.
10.2 We reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Client breaches these terms and conditions, or if the working environment is deemed unsafe for our staff.
11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing and will take effect 30 days after notification.
12.2 Continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
